A Dunn area woman was arrested Sunday on drug charges following a traffic stop in Sampson County. Jordan Diana Lockamy, 23, of Hollerin Road was charged with felony possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $15,000 secured.
According to Sampson Sheriff’s Lt. Marcus Smith, Ms. Lockamy was stopped on U.S. 421 for a moving violation.
“During the stop, deputies smelled marijuana coming from inside the vehicle and a check of the driver’s license revealed they were suspended. A probable cause search was conducted and during the search marijuana and cocaine were located inside of the vehicle. As a result, the suspect was taken into custody and charged,” Lt. Smith said.
