N.C. Safe Plates Course

The Harnett County Center of the N.C. Cooperative Extension service will offer a NC Safe Plates — Food Safety Manager Certification Course. This comprehensive course is appropriate for food service managers and supervisory staff in restaurants, hospitals, nursing homes, childcare facilities and other food-handling establishments.

NC Safe Plates is a new Food Safety Manager Certification Course developed by the Cooperative Extension.

The course will be held Oct. 23 and 25 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. The exam will be given on Thursday, Oct. 26, at 10 a.m. The registration deadline is Thursday.
