New Millennium Ministries will hold its ninth annual conference Nov. 10-12 at the Beach Colony Resort in Myrtle Beach, S.C. The conference will serve as a process of re-envisioning, relaxation and spiritual renewal for all the partners and friends of the ministry. The theme for this year is “Expanding Your Territory” This year’s presenters will include the co-founders and presidents, Dr. Jerry Jailall and Dr. Dwarka Ramphal, and several guests from the Bahamas — the Rev. Kenneth Lewis, Superintendent Minister of the Grand Beahama Methodist Churches; the Rev. Vincent Gaitor; Rev. Greg Bullard; and possibly a representative from Ghana in Africa. Presenters from North Carolina will include Dr. Rudy Ramphal, a graduate from Campbell University and pastor of Brunswick Islands Baptist Church; the Rev. Doreen O’Connor of Regent University; the Rev Adrian Ingraham, pastor of Pineview; and the Rev. Ryan Craddock of Campbell University. Other program participants include the Rev. Brian Lee of New Millennium House of God and the Rev. Mary Spradley of Greenville New Millennium Church who will be the conference directors, and the music coordinator will be Dr. Lawrence Quinnett, music professor at Livingstone College. Participants will include representatives from Canada and Send the Light Ministry from New York.
This year’s conference promises to be very engaging and diverse since NMM represents people of different races, culture, nationalities, backgrounds, political views.
The interaction, however is expected to be Bible based with an overwhelming theme of love and unity in Christ which they hope will supersede all the differences and result in Christian love and brotherhood.
