Drop-Off Location Opens Nov. 13 At Unity Fellowship Hall

Operation Christmas Child has been sharing the message of God’s love with millions of hurting children through gift-filled shoe boxes.

This unique ministry of Samaritans Purse presents an opportunity to touch the lives of boys and girls on the other side of the world. These simple gifts bring joy to children who may have never received a Christmas present and at the same time be introduced to Jesus Christ. Jesus said “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these” (Matthew 19:14 NIV).

The drop off location at Unity Fellowship Hall will be open beginning Monday. Hours are: Monday, 9 to 11 a.m.; Tuesday, 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.; Wednesday, 2 to 4 p.m.; Thursday, 2 to 4 p.m.; Friday, 3 to 7 p.m.; Saturday, 3 to 6 p.m.; Sunday, 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.; and Monday, 8 to 10 a.m.

The 2017 Carolinas theme verse is “May the God of Hope fill you will all Joy and Peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with Hope by the Power of the Holy Spirit.”
