Angels of Christmas to be held Friday

Cromartie-Miller Funeral Home will present “The Angels of Christmas” at 7 p.m. Friday.

In welcoming this holiday season, there are many so dear who cannot be here. You and your family are invited to a service to remember the lives of those lost this year.

Cromartie-Miller Funeral Home Chapel is located at 401 W. Cumberland St., Dunn. Light refreshments will be served following the service. To RSVP, call 910-892-2077.

Outdoor live nativity at Jonesboro Baptist

At Jonesboro Baptist Church in Dunn, the outdoor live nativity drama, “Wonderful Savior,” will be performed Friday and Saturday with showtimes at 7 and 8:15 p.m. The drama will be in the field behind the sanctuary. Come and experience the excitement of seeing Mary and Joseph and the babe, the angels, the shepherds, the townspeople, and the wise men as they worship the newborn king. The 20-minute drama includes authentic costumes, Christmas music and scripture. The pastor, the Rev. Charles Price, invites all to attend. The church is located at 2020 Jonesboro Road in Dunn.

The Love Center to hold Women’s Fellowship

The women of The Love Center would like to invite you to their Women’s Fellowship Friday at 7 p.m. They meet the second Friday of each month. Come join the love experience through fellowship, food, prayer and the word. In fun, a gift exchange in the amount of $10 will be part of the fellowship. The church is located 345 Jackson Road, Dunn.

‘The perfect gift’
at Unity AC

Unity Advent Christian Church, located on 304 Unity Church Road, Four Oaks, will present the Christmas play, “The Perfect Gift,” directed by Sue Johnson and Anna Allen. Presentation is Sunday at 6 p.m. with a children’s preshow at 5:40. Pastor Darren Brisco invites the public to attend.

Antioch Baptist to host ‘Christmas
in the Air’

The Antioch Baptist Church Sanctuary Choir and guest singers will present “Christmas in the Air” Saturday and Sunday at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6:15 p.m. It is under the direction of the Rev. Ronald Byrd.

The church is located at 6670 Old U.S. Highway 421, Lillington.

Pastoral anniversary celebration set

Lillington Star Free Will Baptist Church will celebrate the Rev. Dr. D.A. Justice’s 16th pastoral anniversary Friday at 7 p.m. Guest will be Pastor Angela Blue and Anderson Creek Christian Center. Sunday morning at 11, the guest will be Dr. Linwood Carver of Raleigh and the Sunday afternoon guest will be Pastor Austin Swinson and New Life Worship Center. Lunch will be served.

The church is located 183 Baileyway Road, Lillington.
