A Women’s Home-Based Business Forum will be held from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Sept 16, at the Dennis A. Wicker Civic & Conference Center in Sanford. The Central Carolina Community College Small Business Center, Sanford Area Growth Alliance — Chamber of Commerce, and the Women’s Business Center of North Carolina will host the forum.

This event will be an opportunity for home-based business owners and aspiring business owners to network and learn about available resources to help grow and develop their businesses.

Discussions will include various ways to address the needs and challenges of being a work-at-home entrepreneur.

A local business owner will also provide her inspirational story of growing her at-home catering business into a successful restaurant. You will not want to miss her story … and the advice she will provide you about how to grow your business one step at a time.

Space is limited for this event. Visit www.bit.ly/SanfordForum to register or email sbc@cccc.edu. Registration is free.
