A Broadway man was arrested after a recording device was found hidden in a bathroom ceiling.
Ricardo Ernesto Aquino, 31, is accused of placing a recording device in a ceiling vent to record an underage family member as she showered, police said.
Investigators located the recording device and resulting images and turned them over to the district attorney’s office for prosecution.
Aquino is charged with one count of felony secret peeping. The investigation is still in it’s early stages and other charges are possible in the future, according to the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies booked him into the Harnett County Detention Center under a $75,000 secured bond.
