Angier Baptist Church will hold Vacation Bible School July 25-29.

The theme this year is “Destination Dig: Unearthing the Truth About Jesus.” It will begin with registration and cook-out on Sunday, July 25, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the church (call the church office for details at 919-639-6114).

Then on Monday, July 26 through Wednesday, July 28, VBS will begin at 7 p.m. and conclude at 9. Thursday night, July 29, will be Family Night and will begin at 7 p.m. There will be classes for all ages — babies through adult.

Members and non-members are encouraged to attend and bring children, grandchildren, neighbors and friends. An offering will be collected each night for the Angier Area Food Pantry and Buddy Backpacks.

Nonperishable food will also be collected on Thursday night.

VBS will begin each night in the sanctuary followed by crafts, music, and Bible study. The church is asking all participants — kindergarten through youth, as well as, teachers and volunteers — to wear masks during all indoor activities.
