Campbell extended its season-long win streak in convincing fashion on the road Wednesday.
ROCK HILL, S.C.— Faith Price and Luana Serranho had 18 points each as Campbell women's basketball picked up its eighth straight win, 77-54, at Winthrop Wednesday.
The Lady Camels (11-3, 5-0 Big South Conference) continue their longest win streak since winning 10 straight during the 2019-20 season and remain undefeated in league play.
Taya Bolden added 11 points and 10 boards for her seventh straight double-double, while Svenia Nürenberg added eight points and four boards off the bench.
Price tied her career high with six 3-pointers, while Serranho made four 3s for the Camels who shot 50% from the field and 37.9% from behind the arc.
The Eagles were held to 2-of-12 shooting from downtown. The Lady Camels converted 24 points off of 24 Winthrop turnovers and held a 16-9 advantage on fastbreak points.
After leading 36-28 at halftime, Campbell extended its lead to 54-38 at the end of the third quarter. Campbell earned its largest lead of 23 on the final bucket of the game.
CU recorded 22 assists, including at least one from 10 different players. Audrey Fuller dished out a career-high six assists off the bench.
Randria Anderson chipped in with a career-high seven points over the final 2:03.
