Belinda Rayner, left, public health educator for the Harnett County Health Department, recently spoke to members of the Dunn-Erwin Rotary Club on making healthier food choices, getting exercise and the dangers associated with obesity. She shared tips for maintaining a healthy weight and the importance of portion control. She also told club members that 150 minutes of exercise is needed each week for those doing moderate workouts. Rayner is pictured with club President Matthew Smith.
